Back to Manual

The current issue of the wonderful SELVEDGE  Magazine is about Legacy. As usual it’s a great source of inspiration and a celebration of all things textile related. I wrote  a  piece for them about loom technology and it’s importance in the birth of the modern-day computer.  I wanted to especially thank the Photographer and film maker Jeremy Jeffs for letting us illustrate the piece with his great pictures from his Made in London Project…

What stunning pictures. What a shame that selvedge did not list the exhibition at Gloucester Cathedral opening on 27th October. Especially as the Ruthin CC has closed and will not be relevant when selvedge comes out.
